Records, 1772-[1831?] (bulk 1772-1777).

Record book kept by Eyre from 1776-1831 includes entries about men employed at the Trenton Ferry, a list of men in his artillery company, lists of artillery stores, memorandum on materials left behind by the enemy at Philadelphia, accounts for his third share in the schooners "Dolphin" and "Molly", and occasional receipts and notes after 1777. This volume also contains records of Maj. Heymell's Hessian fusilier company, possibly of the Regiment von Knyphausen, for 1772-Sept. 1776; Eyre may have taken it at the Battle of Trenton.
